As a System Analyst, you will ensure that product requirements are visible, transparent, and actionable for the entire team. Acting as a bridge between business needs and technical execution, you'll collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, and QA to ensure smooth delivery of high-quality features.

What You Will Do

  • Translate business needs into actionable tasks for developers, adding context and ensuring a clear understanding.
  • Partner with Product Owners to prioritize tasks, assess risks, and ensure the backlog is always development-ready.
  • Support the team during sprints by guiding solutions, resolving blockers, and assisting with automation testing and monitoring.
  • Identify dependencies across teams or third parties and notify key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Prepare for smooth API integrations by defining requirements, testing APIs, and avoiding blockers during development.
  • Monitor industry trends and third-party developments to recommend improvements or address breaking changes proactively.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years in a similar role, ideally as a System Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or Business Analyst with hands-on experience in integrations.
  • Oracle/PostgreSQL databases (Required).
  • Basic understanding of Java, React (Nice to have).
  • Solid knowledge of third-party integrations, API integrations and API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI).
  • Familiarity with Kafka, Git, and monitoring tools (Splunk, DataDog).
  • Solid understanding of Micro-services architecture (Nice to have).
  • Leadership, stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, sprint planning.
  • Professional English proficiency level is a MUST.
