Salario: $1.000 USD Ubicación: Modalidad 100% remota Jornada: Tiempo completo ¿Qué harás en este rol?
Como Sales Development Representative, serás pieza clave para el crecimiento de SMF360 CRM, responsable de identificar oportunidades y calificar prospectos que necesiten nuestras soluciones.
Tus principales responsabilidades incluirán: Generación de leads: Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias para identificar clientes potenciales interesados en nuestra solución CRM.
Campañas colaborativas: Trabajar con el equipo de marketing para desarrollar campañas digitales (email marketing, redes sociales y publicidad online).
Análisis de mercado: Investigar tendencias y oportunidades para mejorar el alcance de nuestra oferta.
Creación de contenido: Desarrollar materiales atractivos como blogs, infografías y casos de éxito para captar la atención de nuestro público objetivo.
Gestión de base de datos: Mantener actualizada y segmentada la información de prospectos.
Colaboración con ventas: Garantizar la transferencia efectiva de leads calificados al equipo comercial.
Optimización continua: Medir resultados, analizar datos y mejorar las estrategias de generación de demanda.
Lo que buscamos en ti: Experiencia previa: Mínimo 4 años en ventas B2B, marketing digital o generación de demanda, preferiblemente en la industria de tecnología o software CRM (Zoho es un plus).
Habilidades de comunicación: Capacidad para conectar con clientes potenciales y transmitir soluciones de forma clara y efectiva a través de llamadas telefónicas y Meets.
Orientación a resultados: Independencia, organización y multitarea son claves para este rol.
Conocimientos técnicos: Familiaridad con herramientas de marketing digital, CRM ZOHO, automatización de procesos y análisis de datos.
Pasión por la tecnología: Ganas de aprender y crecer en un entorno dinámico y enfocado en la innovación.
