Desde 2015, hemos completado más de 650 proyectos exitosos para una base de más de 300 clientes en todo el continente.
Actualmente, estamos expandiendo nuestro equipo en LATAM para alcanzar nuevas metas en 2024-2025.
Estamos buscando un Sales Development Representative (SDR) para unirse a nuestro equipo remoto.
Si eres proactivo, orientado a resultados y apasionado por conectar con clientes potenciales, esta oportunidad es para ti.
Responsabilidades principales: Identificar y calificar leads a través de investigaciones de mercado y herramientas de prospección.
Realizar llamadas en frío, envío de correos electrónicos y mensajes en plataformas digitales para establecer contacto con clientes potenciales.
Generar interés en las soluciones CRM de Zoho y coordinar reuniones entre prospectos calificados y el equipo de ventas.
Mantener y actualizar el CRM con información relevante sobre los prospectos y las actividades de prospección.
Colaborar con el equipo de marketing para alinear estrategias de generación de demanda.
Analizar y reportar métricas clave, como tasas de conversión y calidad de los leads generados.
Requisitos: Experiencia previa en roles similares, como SDR, BDR, o prospección de ventas de tecnología (deseable, pero no excluyente).
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal en español.
Inglés intermedio (deseable, para comunicarte con clientes internacionales).
Conocimiento de herramientas de CRM, idealmente Zoho (formación proporcionada si es necesario).
Habilidad para trabajar de manera autónoma en un entorno remoto y cumplir con objetivos establecidos.
Actitud proactiva, orientada al logro y con habilidades para generar relaciones sólidas con clientes.
