Nuestro cliente , multinacional líder en el sector químico dentro de la industria de fragancias y aromas, busca un Sales Manager LATAM para incorporarse a su equipo en Tocancipá, Cundinamarca (Colombia) , con proyección regional.Objetivos del Cargo: Serás responsable de liderar la estrategia comercial y el crecimiento de ventas en Latinoamérica , alineando las iniciativas de mercado con los objetivos corporativos globales.Actuarás como enlace entre clientes estratégicos, equipos internos (marketing, R&D) y perfumistas, asegurando la rentabilidad y expansión del negocio mediante relaciones sólidas, análisis de mercado y ejecución de planes comerciales diferenciadores.Responsabilidades Clave: Desarrollar e implementar la estrategia de ventas para LATAM, enfocada en industrias clave (cosméticos, FMCG, productos de limpieza).Gestionar cuentas estratégicas e identificar oportunidades de negocio en la región.Negociar contratos complejos y asegurar la satisfacción del cliente con soluciones olfativas y comerciales personalizadas.Dirigir y desarrollar el equipo de ventas regional, estableciendo KPIs y planes de capacitación.Colaborar con perfumistas y marketing para traducir tendencias de mercado en propuestas de valor.Identificar oportunidades para nuevos productos o mercados, en alineación con R&D.Participar en sesiones creativas para impulsar fragancias con potencial comercial.Monitorear tendencias competitivas, regulaciones locales y comportamiento del consumidor en LATAM. Requerimientos: Título profesional en Negocios, Química, Ingeniería o afines (MBA deseable).+10 años en ventas B2B, con al menos 5 años en la industria de fragancias/aromas.Experiencia??????? comprobada en gestión de equipos y P&L en LATAM.Capacidad para reconocer notas aromáticas y entender lenguajes técnicos del sector.Dominio de herramientas CRM y ERP (e.g., SAP).MUST: Inglés avanzado (B2+) para comunicación con matriz global.Powered by JazzHR
