Role Description : The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an assigned team, ensuring goals and objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
This role involves managing team performance, providing guidance and support, and acting as a key point of contact between team members and upper management.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a commitment to team development, and a proven track record of achieving results.
Educational Background : Associates Degree preferred Experience Required : At least 6 months of experience in logistics coordination or related roles At least 6 months of team leadership experience Experience managing escalations, and resolving high-tier issues in a customer or support capacity B2 High or C1 level of English Skills Required : Skills & Knowledge : Organizational multitasking Verbal and written communication skills Computer skills, including the ability to operate various programs, data entry and accuracy, and using computerized logistics software Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and capable of working independently Strong sense of responsibility Ability to work under pressure Professionalism Systems : Slack Microsoft Teams Microsoft Office Outlook Gmail Google Sheets Google Calendar Google Meets Navix Yay Pay Responsibilities : Team Supervision : Monitor and verify that Quoting Admin Representatives perform their duties accurately and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with productivity and quality standards.
Escalation Management : Handle and resolve escalations from Account Managers (Sales) promptly and professionally.
Provide solutions and escalate when necessary.
Coaching and Support : Provide coaching to team members to improve performance and understanding of tasks.
Offer guidance and support in case of difficulties.
Workload Balancing : Assist in balancing the workload among team members to meet daily quoting targets.
Ensure the team can handle the volume of quotes efficiently.
Metrics and Performance Tracking : Track key metrics such as quotes per day and average time per quote.
Implement and monitor action plans to address performance issues and improve results.
Attendance Management : Monitor team attendance and ensure staffing levels are sufficient to meet quoting demands.
Address attendance issues as they arise.
Customer Interaction : Support the team in addressing customer inquiries and concerns regarding quotes.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained.
