The Defensive Line will be the key player regarding to company's image as the first contact.
It will provide administrative support to the General Manager and the organization and work closely with the administrative staff to coordinate, plan, and maintain the operation of our office.
As well, this position will support special projects from different areas.
Job Description Red Bull Office Responsible for organizing and coordinating the operations, supplies and procedures of the office to control the methodology and efficiency of the organization, implement improvements when necessary.
Budget Responsible for coordinating actions with other people who serve in the office to keep it in perfect condition.
Special Projects Support special projects depending on business needs (finance, sales, operations, and so on) Administrative tasks General Manager support and contact point in front of the region in terms of regional reports.
Review and delivery expense returns Analyze data to prepare reports and documents.
Business Plan process follow-up Red bull meetings Manage and organize periodic events and meetings.
Travels Negotiate with the agencies Responsible for assembling all expense control reports related to travel and local services Coordinate reservations Management of all international visits.
Qualifications University – bachelor's degree English proficient At least 1 year in administrative task Experience leading and monitoring projects in different areas.
