Job Title Cloud Cybersecurity Engineer
** All CVs must be submitted in English**About the area/department:Our mission is to provide cross-organizational security operations to predict, detect, and react to actual security incidents.
Summary of the role:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cloud Security Engineer to join the engineering department of our Global Security Operations Center division.
Your role will focus on developing and deploying state-of-the-art cloud security solutions.
You will analyze security alerts, conduct threat modeling, and provide risk-based assessments to improve our detection and response capabilities.
As a champion of cloud security, you will educate system owners on potential threats and best practices, contributing to a culture of security awareness.
In this role you'll:Deploy and operate the cloud security solutions used by Amadeus.
Document the operational tasks and the day-to-day support guide.Optimize the solution to limit false positive alerts and alert fatigue.Produce technical documentation about the CNAPP solutions setup and operations customized for the Amadeus environment.Develop and support the use case within the Factory UCs team.Deliver CSPM/CWPP technical study and compare with other solutions in use at Amadeus (PRISMA Cloud, CrowdStrike).
The study must present:A SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats)A financial comparison based on volume information provided by AmadeusAn operating model comparisonPrepare RFP material for cloud security solutions, including developing the document and requirement matrix that will be sent to suppliers applying for the RFP.About the ideal candidate:The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, related field or equivalent work experience; 5+ years of experience in the cybersecurity field and in SOC dealing with defensive topics is preferable, and has the following competencies:
