:) What you will do Ensure coverage during the primary administrator's absence; Enhance the team's capacity to support new initiatives and address system enhancements; Facilitate knowledge transfer and build redundancy within the team; Perform audits and reporting related to HR and Finance data; Support small recruiting tasks and work within iCIMS; Build reports, make edits, and conduct system audits; Develop fields and workflows in iCIMS; Troubleshoot system issues from/for recruiters (errors, user tickets, change requests); Work with sourcing and recruitment teams to ensure smooth system operations.
Must haves +3 years of experience in iCIMS administration; Familiarity with HR, Recruiting and Finance processes; Strong communication skills for collaborating with multiple teams; Upper-Intermediate English level.
