We are looking for a Senior Benefits Operations Specialist to add to our Global Benefits Operations team.
This full-time, fully remote position based in Colombia will build aspects of our global benefits programs at tactical levels.
We ask that you have a high level of flexibility.
We are looking for someone with experience managing vendors, data, administration, and team member relationships.
You will support the scaling of our global benefits offerings through hands-on involvement with plan renewals, implementations, and other operational initiatives.
You will report to the Senior Manager of Benefits Operations.
You will: Lead all operational aspects of renewals and implementations, including system updates, outbound communications, benefits process optimization, and resource management.
Identify and resolve operational process gaps associated with new and existing benefits offerings.
Refine implementation workflows and help to ensure successful benefits product launches.
Coordinate regularly with benefits service providers, outsourced vendors, and brokers on a global basis to ensure the success of ongoing benefits administration and daily operations.
Build and maintain relationships with company partners to socialize and manage changes in benefits offerings and processes.
Collaborate with customer and employee-facing teams, as well as the Benefits Design team, to identify implementation groups and opportunities for new benefits offerings.
Develop resources associated with pricing, compliance, frequently asked questions, marketing materials, plan documentation, and other information relating to new and existing benefits offerings.
Support cost booking, vendor billing, customer invoicing, and benefits audit processes.
Lead conversations regarding benefits offerings with customers and supported employees.
You have: Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience in administrating global or US Benefits.
Business proficiency in the English language.
Fluent in Spanish.
Fluency in Portuguese is an added bonus.
Proficiency in benefits administration software and systems.
Strong understanding of benefits plan design and pricing.
Strong project management and execution skills.
Advanced Excel and Google Sheets ability.
