As we expand our global reach, we're seeking a talented Contract Recruiter fluent in Spanish to support our hiring efforts in Spanish-speaking regions.Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced recruiter who is fluent in both Spanish and English to source, screen, and manage candidates from Spanish-speaking countries.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the cultural and professional nuances of these regions and will be able to work flexibly as per the project's needs.RequirementsKey Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage with potential candidates in Spanish-speaking countries through various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks).
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles.
Candidate Screening: Conduct initial interviews in Spanish to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Evaluate candidate resumes and job applications.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
Provide insights into the Spanish-speaking talent market.
Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and internal teams.
Assist candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to the management team.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably with international or remote hiring.
Experience recruiting in Spanish-speaking countries is highly desirable.
Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Cultural sensitivity and awareness of the Spanish-speaking regions.
