The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of leads, ensuring the efficiency, compliance, and effectiveness of operations within their department.
This role ensures that all team members adhere to key performance indicators (KPIs), manage workload distribution effectively, and provide operational reporting to upper management.
The Supervisor plays a crucial role in monitoring team performance, ensuring adherence to industry standards, and maintaining a seamless workflow to support overall operational success.
BACKGROUND Technologists or professionals who have graduated or are studying careers related to Logistics, Business Administration, Business, International Relations, or Industrial Engineering (preferably), or candidates with more than 1 year of experience in supervision or leadership roles, or candidates with experience in the international logistics industry in areas such as collections, disputes, or billing .
SKILLS REQUIRED English Fluency (B2 - C1).
