Environment: Colombian and International Teams Full-time / Monday to Friday/ 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST /Remote About the Role: As a Brand Strategist, you will be the key link between clients and the company, ensuring that every strategy and campaign is executed successfully.
Your role will involve managing client relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving brand growth.
You'll work closely with creative, media, digital, and strategy teams to develop and implement impactful marketing initiatives that align with business objectives, exceed client expectations, and foster long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic guidance and fostering long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams—including creative, media, digital, and strategy—to ensure seamless project execution.
Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with clients' business goals and identify growth opportunities.
Lead and oversee campaign execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet deadlines and stay within budget.
Manage project budgets, optimize resources, meet financial targets, and identify opportunities to expand client accounts.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform brand strategies and positioning.
Proactively recommend additional services and strategies that add value and enhance campaign performance.
Ensure clear communication, efficient workflows, and strong collaboration across internal teams.
Track campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and optimize future strategies.
Address client concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction and long-term success.
Requirements: Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in brand strategy, client services, account management, or a similar role in a marketing or advertising agency.
Proven ability to develop and execute brand strategies while managing client accounts effectively.
Skills: Strong strategic thinking and brand development expertise.
Excellent client relationship management skills.
Leadership and team collaboration abilities.
Deep understanding of both traditional and digital marketing strategies.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.
