Digital Marketing Strategist – SEO

Centurion Restaurant Group is seeking a Senior Search and Paid Media Strategist certified in Google Analytics and Google Ads, with strong expertise in SEO and SEM, and experience applying artificial intelligence (AI) to optimize these areas. This individual will play a key role in driving the online performance of our four brands' websites and digital campaigns. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing (USA), the ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with creative problem-solving to elevate our digital presence, increase impressions, clicks, and users, and support overall business objectives. Experience in managing and updating websites using WordPress is highly valued. Proficiency in both Spanish and English is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies tailored to each brand, focusing on keyword optimization, link building, and content enhancements.
- Ensure all websites rank competitively for relevant search terms across local, national, and international markets.
- Monitor site health and performance metrics, addressing issues like speed, mobile usability, and schema markup.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve technical SEO challenges.
Google Ads & Paid Campaign Management:
- Design, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for all brands, focusing on high-impact keywords and audiences.
- Develop compelling ad copy, landing pages, and A/B test variations to improve click-through and conversion rates.
- Manage campaign budgets, bid strategies, and ROI to maximize efficiency.
- Implement AI-based solutions to optimize digital marketing campaigns, including predictive analysis, content personalization, and process automation.
- Leverage ChatAI and Prompt AI to create innovative campaigns, refine messaging, and optimize performance.
- Explore AI-driven solutions to enhance customer targeting and personalization.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and AI-driven insights to monitor and analyze performance.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on website traffic, impressions, user engagement, and campaign performance.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve digital outcomes.
Content Optimization:
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure published materials are SEO-optimized, including appropriate keyword usage and on-page optimization best practices.
Website Updates:
- Manage and update website content using WordPress, ensuring proper implementation of SEO strategies and consistency in information presentation.
ADA Compliance:
- Ensure all digital platforms, including websites and landing pages, comply with ADA accessibility guidelines.
Competitor Research:
- Analyze competitors' SEO and SEM strategies to identify improvement opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Work closely with the Director of Marketing and Digital Marketing Manager in the USA to align digital strategies with overall marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand managers and content creators, to ensure cohesive messaging.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Certification in Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- 3+ years of proven experience managing SEO and SEM campaigns, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of AI applications in digital marketing, including relevant AI tools and techniques.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
- Analytical skills to interpret complex data into actionable strategies.
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience creating and managing advertising campaigns on other digital platforms, such as Facebook Ads or Instagram Ads.
- Experience managing multi-brand digital campaigns.
- Familiarity with local SEO strategies across different regions.
- Experience using WordPress for website content management and updates.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and understanding of technical aspects related to website optimization.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and constantly changing environment, with a proactive attitude towards continuous learning.
