Descripción del puesto: Estamos buscando un Sales Manager dinámico y orientado a resultados para liderar nuestro equipo de ventas.
Esta persona desempeñará un papel clave en la planificación y ejecución de estrategias comerciales, gestión de relaciones con clientes clave, y en el logro de objetivos de ventas, contribuyendo al crecimiento y posicionamiento de Sun2World S.A.S.
en el sector fotovoltaico.
Responsabilidades: Diseñar e implementar estrategias de ventas para alcanzar y superar los objetivos establecidos.
Liderar, motivar y desarrollar al equipo comercial, asegurando un alto desempeño.
Ampliar la cartera de clientes B2B en el sector fotovoltaico y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes actuales.
Identificar oportunidades de mercado y tendencias relevantes para ajustar las estrategias de negocio.
Realizar análisis periódicos del rendimiento del equipo y preparar reportes de ventas.
Representar a Sun2World S.A.S.
en reuniones, eventos y negociaciones clave con clientes.
Requisitos: Experiencia mínima de 5 años en posiciones de liderazgo en ventas, preferiblemente en el sector energético o fotovoltaico.
Habilidades demostradas en gestión de equipos y liderazgo.
Conocimiento profundo del mercado fotovoltaico y de energías renovables en Colombia.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y resolución de problemas.
Disponibilidad para viajar dentro y fuera del país según las necesidades del negocio.
Dominio de herramientas CRM y paquetes de Office.
