Hey thereWe are looking for an Influencer Influencer Marketing Analyst who is passionate about digital trends and content creators relations
This role is full-time and fully remote.
You're expected to cover 8 hours and be available every working day between 9 am and 6 pm EST.

Overall working experience of 2+ years (creators/influencer marketing background preferred)Speaks English with full professional proficiency
Advanced Excel (Strong analytical skills)Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skillsExperience working with marketing and social media platforms (Instagram and TikTok)Experience working in a startup is a plusUnderstanding of social media metrics to identify the best influencerUnderstanding what a "brand" and "campaign" are and ability to identify the best fit creative talentUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and influencer marketingSuperior attention-to-detail, multi-tasking, and time management skillsResponsibilitiesCampaign Management Understand the brand's goal and needs for influencer marketing campaigns in order to invite suitable creatorsManage campaigns within your verticals to ensure each campaign reaches the onboarding goal (within the area of responsibility defined by a set of clients or specific campaigns)Monitor the quality of the campaign's onboarding stage (creators applying and creators getting hired)Browse the internal marketplace to find and invite creators that match campaign criteria and brand affinityEmail creators as a way of invitation to the campaign to achieve the onboarding goal once neededShortlist promising creators that could be a perfect match for a campaign and a brand (if there is a request from the client side)Constantly communicate with the Customer Success Team to provide as well as collect feedback about the campaigns' behaviorTrack overall campaigns performance, identify problematic areas, and implement corrective actionsCreators Growth Monitor the number of active creators on the platform within your verticalsProactively work with the Creator Acquisition team:Support in identifying structural gaps in creator supply on the marketplace for specific campaigns or general demandProvide feedback on the profile of UGC creators and influencers coming to the platformIdentify missing creator data that could make the matching process more effectiveContribute to team brainstorms, generate insights about the overall efficiency of the processes, and propose your improvement ideasWhat we offer Forever remote roleWork from anywhere roleSalary in USD commensurate with your experience and location + 15 days off + US holidays International exposure to global clients and employees in AMER + EMEA Opportunities for career growth
