Job Description This is a remote position.
Job Highlights:
• 40 hours per week
• Permanent work from home
• Monday to Friday
• 9:00am to 6:00pm Seattle, WA time Responsibilities:
• Assist in maintaining and organizing HR records and documentation
• Schedule interviews, meetings, and training sessions
• Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner in Zoom
• Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations
• Assist in the creation of spreadsheets and other administrative documents
• Answer phone calls
• Coordinate new employee orientation programs
• Assist in the preparation of onboarding materials and documentation
• Ensure new hires complete necessary paperwork
• Assist in resolving basic employee concerns and escalate complex issues
• Contribute to maintaining a positive employee relations environment 
• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Support HR Representatives in conducting background checks and reference checks
• Help with HR-related data entry and updates
• Assist in coordinating employee training and development programs
• Track employee training completion and maintain training records Requirements
• Proficient in HR regulations related to assigned areas
• Skilled in computerized HRIS, timekeeping, spreadsheets, and data management
• Quick learner with the ability to implement new applications
• Capable of collaborating with the Administrative Team and all levels of management
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Highly organized and with high attention to detail
