Environment: Colombian and International Teams Full-time / Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time Role Summary: The Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and managing email marketing campaigns that effectively engage the target audience and drive conversions.
They analyze the performance of these campaigns, using insights to optimize content, timing, and segmentation for improved engagement and results.
By continually refining their strategies, the Email Marketing Specialist ensures that each campaign maximizes its potential to build customer relationships and achieve marketing goals.
Responsibilities: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns.
Create engaging email content and templates.
Segment email lists and personalize messages.
Analyze email performance and optimize for better results.
Collaborate with other marketing teams for cohesive campaigns.
Stay updated on email marketing trends and best practices.
Qualifications: Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in email marketing and campaign management.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns.
Strong writing and editing skills.
Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Zoho Campaigns).
Analytical skills to interpret email performance data and generate insights.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the fragrance or beauty industry.
Knowledge of SEO and online advertising.
Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation.
