The Global B2B Marketing Operations team at Mastercard is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Operations Specialist to support and scale lead generation campaigns through technology and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop email campaigns, HTML email templates, lead capture forms, and landing pages in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Develop target audience segmentation in SFMC to execute email campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing of emails to optimize performance.
- Create automated journeys for lead generation campaigns and manage lead routing.
- Measure and analyze campaign performance, effectively communicate outcomes to stakeholders, and assist in the development of performance dashboards.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
- Over 4 years of experience in marketing technology and automation.
- Hands-on experience with SFMC and Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Certification in SFMC and experience in AEM and Cvent is a plus.
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS for building email templates.
- Knowledge of data privacy standards/guidelines (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CPPA).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
