**YOU ARE**:

- 2+ years of relevant background
- Configuring Salesforce (objects, fields, validation, process automation, declarative tools)
- Overseeing all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups
- Resolving user support tickets
- Identifying and gathering requirements from users and stakeholders
- Supporting team members and monitoring user adoption of Salesforce tools in the organization
- Providing ongoing user training and creating training materials as needed
- Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products
- Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing
- Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases
- Preparing reports for sales and other departments

**YOU WANT TO WORK WITH**:

- Collecting customer requirements and identifying opportunities to help customers achieve their business objectives by utilizing Softserve services in Salesforce
- Promoting Salesforce technical and consultancy services internally and externally
- Analyzing and designing software solutions on top of Salesforce Platform
- Enabling SoftServe sales teams with effective and consistent pre-sales support and advisory
- Qualifying prospects and opportunities from a technical and business standpoint based on SoftServe service portfolio
- Translating functional requirements into technical requirements
- Writing test classes for the class that you develop and ensuring more than 80% code coverage
- Following all standard operating procedures (SOP) and maintaining updated ticketing for incidents, requests, changes
- Producing tangible deliverables (requirements specifications, design deliverables, status reports, project plans)

**TOGETHER WE WILL**:

- Provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and 'how-to' assistance
