Location: Remote (Global)
Compensation: (Currently) Equity only.Responsibilities:

- Lead the hands-on development and implementation of our technology strategy, including building the product and iterating rapidly based on user feedback.
- Drive the design, development, and deployment of our innovative platform, leveraging Generative AI, data analytics, and emerging technologies.
- Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate customer insights and business requirements into scalable, user-centric solutions.
- Oversee the security, scalability, and reliability of our technology infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements, identifying opportunities for product enhancement and competitive differentiation.
- Serve as a thought leader and advocate for technology innovation within the organization and the broader tech community.
- Work as a team alongside the other founders to develop the vision and build the business.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven track record of hands-on leadership in technology innovation, with significant experience in building products from scratch in early-stage startup environments.
- Experience building and scaling complex, high-availability platforms, preferably in the travel, e-commerce, or SaaS industry.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages, cloud computing, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Prior experience as a co-founder or early-stage startup team member is highly desirable.
