**The Catman RE Expert, is the responsible to develop and implement advanced Catman processes for Key Customers and categories. It also support the CD Team in the generation and development of growth strategies for our categories, following business opportunities identified.**

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Support RCD process / Services (Category Knowledge / Category Optimization / Customers collaboration)**
- ** Lead and mantain a strong relationship with Key Customers and guarantee we have our fair SOS in all banners.**
- ** Develop and implement shopper strategies and solutions that enhance the shopping experience and grow the category sales and profitability for top customers across the region.**
- ** Elevate category Knowledge with our customers via buyers inductions, PR Letters, webinars and CP Tools.**
- ** Develop / Fine tune exhibitions strategy based on Shopper Insights and analytics.**
- ** Develop Selling Stories for Customers to capitalize business opportunities.**
- ** Use Syndicated Information: Nielsen, Kantar, Dunnhumby and Data POS as a competitive advantage to identify Business opportunities by customers for CP categories.**

**Requirements**:

- ** 3+ years of experience in a commercial area (consumer marketing / customer development)**
- ** BI, Nielsen, Spaceman, Dunnhumby, Microsoft Office Tools (Excel) and Google Tools knowledge**
- ** Advanced English Level.**
- ** Desirable experience contact with customers (presentations/innovation days)**
- ** Desirable experience with Tech Savy topics (proposals and/or develop new initatives)**
