Financial Planning and Analysis Coordinator

**Job Description**:
Desarrollar y presentar el análisis del resultado operacional EBIT y Flujo de caja libre FCF para todas las unidades de negocios y flujos comerciales que hacen parte de las trading companies (GMISCO (Colombia), GMOD (para los países de suramérica, Norteamérica y sureste asiatico) y RMO UZB (para uzbekistan); analizando las variaciones de un mes actual con respecto al presupuesto, pronosticos y provisiones mensuales.
Liderar al equipo de FP&A en la prestación de servicios financieros ante la gerencia de las trading companies, realizando informes y análisis oportunos que impulsen decisiones de negocio informadas
- Analizar los resultados operativos y su cumplimiento de acuerdo a los objetivos financieros de las 4 compañias que conforman las tradeco: GMISCo, GMOD SA, GMOD AP y RMO UZB.
- Coordinar la elaboración de pronosticos mensuales y presupuestos del año para cada unidad de negocios de la compañía.
- Realizar análisis de varianza a los resultados operativos; estructurales y margen de contribución en cada uno de los flujos comerciales.
- Informar los resultados actuales frente al pronóstico mensual y presupuesto para cada unidad de negocio, a través de los sistemas destinados por la compañia como eGPPS.
- Informar y proveer oportuno análisis a las regionales: Surámerica, Mercados estratégicos y operaciones internacionales, la variación en el pronóstico del P&L frente al Forecast, año anterior y el presupuesto.
- Monitorear las entradas y salidas mensuales a “Country of sale” o pais de venta no aliado. Posterior comparar los resultados como entidad legal. Así como hacer seguimiento a posibles ajustes requeridos.
- Monitorear la rentabilidad de los clientes que hacen parte de los flujos comerciales de las trading companies utilizando los sistema globales de reporte.
- Calcular la tasas de Beneficio para posibles flujos comerciales que puedan hacer parte de alguna de las entidades que hacen parte de una trading company.
- Reportar proyecciones de EBIT y FCF en los sistemas, Analizando la exposición en monedas extranjeras, seguimiento a la liquidez.
- Liderar al equipo de FP&A en la prestancion de servicios financieros para las trading companies, realizando informes y análisis oportunos que impulsen las decisiones de negocio.

**Educación**:Profesional en el área financiera o relacionada: Financista, Ingeniero Industrial, Contador Público, Administrador de Empresas, Economista; preferiblemente con Especialización en Finanzas
**Experiência y/o conocimiento**:
**3 **a **4 **años de experiência en planeación financiera; elaboración y seguimiento del P&L, flujo de caja libre, variaciones presupuestales, deseable con experiência en reportes financieros a casa matriz o regionales.
Dominio de herramientas como Power BI, eSAP y Excel.
Nível avanzado de inglés.
