As a** Financial Planning & Analysis Manager**, you will Lead the financial planning process across all the organization. Producing models to project medium
- and long-term growth and determine the impacting business internal and external factors, Anticipate scenarios to create contingencies to offset any potential business disruption and risk, provide financial analysis to identify risk and opportunities to ensure the correct visibility and coordinate the action plans with the organization to minimize risk or enhance opportunities.
**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- Lead annual budgeting, forecast and actuals process**, **proactively participate the IBP process to jointly partner with IBP leader to build a robust Financial Outlook planning that can enable accuracy while protecting the Quality of delivery of the P&L. Ensure all lines are effectively covered.
- Effectively manages and controls overhead expenditure to ensure overall rate of growth is in line with business expectations.
- Lead Cash Flow annual budgeting process, actuals reconciliation, and monthly reporting.
- Improve finance processes, with a focus on simplification and continuous improvement, influencing Pacific Business Unit and regional HQ to drive simplification across finance.
- Analyzing financial and operational results to better understand company performance
- Communicate to senior management business performance and clearly articulate recommendations to improve financial KPIs and indicators.
- Coordinate with commercial finance, GBS, P&A area to ensure the inclusion of all the inputs needed and with the expected quality to perform the planning and analysis activities.
.**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
- **
Education**: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accountant, Business Administrator, Engineering, or related fields.
- ** Finance Experience or similar**; at least 6-8 years in different finance positions; managerial experience desired; previous experience in budgeting, accounting, planning & costing, and financial analysis, experience managing cash flow is a strong plus
- Strong analytical, collaborative, solve complex problems and strong communication/Influencing skills
- **Bilingual**: English and Spanish fluent or native
- Proficient in Company Tools / Applications Excel, SAP, COGNOS, BPC, analytics model
- ** Strong soft skills**: in particular demonstrate team building, work under pressure, creating alignment, delegation and prioritization skills, display executive presence and confidence, Proven leadership record in building excellent working relationships with senior business stakeholders
