**About Front Finance**
Front is an API service provider that offers real-time access to brokerages and crypto accounts, facilitates convenient crypto asset transfers across exchanges and wallets, and provides a detailed view of crucial data to emerging FinTechs and other financial companies. Front allows businesses to connect 250+ brokerage accounts, crypto wallets, NFTs, and private markets, and offers ways to transfer assets, track net worth, and more.
Front integrates with leading brokerages and exchanges, such as Robinhood, TD Ameritrade, Coinbase, Binance, and Kraken which enables global adaptation of the Front API. Front can use this opportunity to deliver a better product and platform integration for emerging FinTechs with Write/Transfer access stock equities and alternative assets like Crypto and NFTs.
Front Finance is funded by notable VCs like Streamlined VC, Motivate VC, B Capital Group, Dreamers VC, and SNR, amongst others.
We are looking to add a talented Account Manager to our team. The position is fully remote. You will report directly to the Head of Business Development.
**About The Role**
Our Sales team at Front combines deep product and industry knowledge and is focused on bringing Front to an ever-broadening set of businesses. Our thesis is that every company in financial services can benefit from better financial technology and that many industries that don't currently consider themselves to be fintech actually are.
You'll be the individual helping us achieve this vision. Your focus will be on generating new deals and building strong, long-lasting relationships with companies. You'll be tasked with identifying and closing deals across verticals in financial services, digital assets, wealth management, and more.
- Your focus will be identifying and engaging with leading fintech, building long-lasting relationships with these companies, and aligning Front solutions to their specific and unique business needs.
- Identify potential customers and run the end-to-end sales process.
- Develop deep knowledge of our existing customers and identify growth opportunities.
- Work with our Product team, SEs, and Account Managers to identify gaps in our solutions for our customers and help execute your sales strategy.
- Manage pipeline and accurately forecast deal value and win probability.
- Exceptional prospecting, qualifying, and negotiating skills; consultative sales approach with a focus on delivering value relative to each customer’s unique business needs.
- Properly record interactions within customer relationship management software.
**About You**
- 3+ years of quota-carrying, technical selling experience in a new-net hunting role.
- Strong track record of overperformance. A hunter mentality, ability to collaborate internally, and exhibit a “win as a team” mentality.
- Passion for working for growth stage private companies.
- Proficiency in technical products and APIs.
- Willingness to get scrappy, build processes, and build a team and business from the ground up.
- Scrappy Problem Solving: Must pride themselves on being able to solve problems in creative ways that are optimizing for speed to customers over perfection.
- Strategic Mindset: Must be able to see the ‘bigger picture’ and make critical decisions that help drive the team forward.
- Innovative Mentality: Must be excited about building a bigger and better product, which can mean going into new markets and customer segments.
