**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Instagram strategy focused on organic growth, engagement, and expanding our follower base.
- Be the on-camera personality for content creation, bringing energy and relatability to each post.
- Monitor Instagram trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to keep the brand competitive and innovative.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging Instagram content, including high-quality photos, stories, and Reels, that resonate with our audience.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to plan and execute content strategies.
- Ensure all Instagram content adheres to our brand voice, style, and messaging, maintaining brand integrity in every post and interaction.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience managing and growing Instagram accounts organically, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
- Experience creating and appearing in Instagram content, including photos, Reels, and videos that showcase your personality and creativity.
- Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms, trends, and best practices to adapt to platform updates and audience behavior.
- Comfortable in front of the camera with the ability to project confidence and charisma.
- Excellent written communication skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.
**English proficiency at B2/C1 level.**
