**Company Overview**
We are a small U.S. based ecommerce company selling gift baskets to both consumers and businesses. We’re seeking a motivated, English-speaking Content Creator who is detail-oriented and eager to learn our business. We are in our 4th year and are looking for long-term help as we continue to grow.
**Hours**
40 hours a week
US, CST business hours overlap required
The Content Creator will monitor social media trends and adapt content strategies to align with the latest developments, ensuring relevance and maximizing engagement. They will also develop and recommend key visuals for campaigns while coordinating with internal teams to maintain consistency with brand style guides and learning objectives.
Key tasks include delivering monthly reports on KPIs to assess and optimize organic performance, conducting market research to support the development of new products, and designing packaging that resonates with target audiences.
The Content Creator will also be responsible for leading content design and digital design projects, providing regular updates and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with marketing goals.
**Required Skills**:
Native English-speaker or fluent in conversational English, written & spoken
Ability to use “Positive Language” creating happy customer experience
Initiative and problem solving
Excellent concise and clear communication skills (verbal, written)
Detail-oriented & able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

**Required Experience**
Advanced English Proficiency (mandatory).
Bachelor's degree or technical certification in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications.
3 years of experience in marketing or advertising agencies or brands with a digital presence.
3D design skills are a plus.
Experience in branding, packaging, and digital design is required.

**Overview**
The job is 100% remote and will entail a lot of independent work time. This is a LONG term job and we want someone who is looking for a permanent position they can keep for years. We want someone who is eager, kind, and can problem-solve things independently.
