Our Administration Team is currently looking for a receptionist in our office in Bogota-Colombia. If you are looking for stable employment, are punctual and reliable enjoy speaking to people and being helpful, this could be the ideal job for you.

**Daily Tasks**:

- Answer the phone and transfer calls
- Ensure the reception and distribution of mail
- Replace or help as needed
- Greet and assist visitors, customers, and suppliers
- Create files and then file them
- Manage the conference rooms
- Manage stationery supplies and orders
- Assist in employee events organisation
