We are looking for a Clinical Project Manager in this position you will ensure that medical affairs deliver value to the members, patients, and the medical community through excellence in the planning and execution of projects and local evidence generation activities. Guarantee a robust evidence generation plan and guarantee the implementation of projects, meeting the needs of the “Brand Teams” and the Colombian scientific community, in accordance with corporate procedures, local laws and international requirements.

**Responsabilities**:

- Participate and influence the development of medical plans, including operational strategy, resource allocation, capabilities, and budget planning and execution.
- Understanding the commercial and R&D business model and the ability to influence and make effective partnerships with Commercial and R&D.
- Meet Global and Area needs to maximize the impact of the solutions offered by the affiliate medical affairs.
- Participate in the creation of solutions that create organizational efficiencies, the ability to effectively communicate designs, and process improvements to different audiences.
- Lead the process for strategic planning of Evidence Generation in accordance with the company's vision and mission, strategic objectives of affiliate medical affairs, and corporate regulations.
- Coordinate the implementation and management of Evidence Generation “capability” activities._ _
- Ensure that evidence generation projects are planned and executed in accordance with AbbVie processes and procedures and Colombian Regulations.
- Coordinate so that Evidence Generation employees are functionally capable of representing the area in their respective functions, projects, and activities.
- Lead the Evidence Generation team in the preparation and monitoring of quality audits, acting as the main point of contact with the auditors in the audits.
- Represent AbbVie in the most diverse government agencies, class associations, public entities, and others that require the presence of an official technical interlocutor to express the thinking and/or practice of the AbbVie Medical Board in generating evidence.
- Provide support for EHS (safety, health, and environment) policies and practices, participating in and supporting actions in the area.
- Conduct decisions and actions under the responsibility of the position, in compliance with the company's Code of Business Conduct, as well as local sectoral legislation.

**Qualifications**:

- Complete superior, scientific background.
- Advanced English (oral/written) Experience in clinical research - minimum 5 years in industries/CROs or 8 years in research centers and/or;
- Project or process management — minimum 5 years; and
- Desirable experience in medical writing.
- Project Management.
- Desirable knowledge in clinical research, pharmacoeconomics, pharmacovigilance and quality.
