**Responsibilities**:
**Accountabilities**:

- Co-lead in the implementation of the HR Core Process related to Organizational Re-Design, People Development Programs, Initiatives and Cycles and Communication Forums
- Coordinate and be the point of contact between LAB employees and local HR for day by day requests. (local HR executes but Sector Analyst connects them, coordinates and follows up when needed)
- Support the LAB HQ ensuring that HR strategies and plans are translated into concrete actions and tangible results (HR Experiences, example: Town Hall, projects)
- Connect and coordinate with TR, Org Design, Value realization, and leaders to ensure and approve positions in and outside AOP.
- Manage and coordinate position administration by gathering all the requiered information and approvals, send to ESBO, follow up the process and provide visibility to clients along the process.
- Coordinate international moves along with Global mobility and HR locals, and Support the appropriate execution of all the procedures to repatriate and expatriate employees (LOU, visa transactions, house rental, etc.)
- Assist in calibration process and People planning LAB.
- Follow up EOTF project, involving position creations, eliminations, follow up with HR locals and information consolidation to present to TR

Qualifications:
**Education**:

- Bachelor´s degree is a must, preferably: business administration, industrial engineer or psychology.
- Desirable post-graduate studies in in Human Resources.

**Knowlegde**:

- Knowledge and ability to manage web tools and IT.
- MS skills: Excel & Powerpoint.
- Design & Communication tools
- Fluent in Spanish & English proficiency (80%+, verbal, written and Oral)
- Strategic thinking- Communication, presentation and interpersonal Skills.- Organization skills- Commitment and results oriented- Independent decision making and judgment
- Available for travel (20% of the time)

**Experience**:

- 6+ years of experience in similar roles
