**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

The Pricing & Access Manager Vaccines is responsible for designing and developing the value proposition for vaccines, understanding the different needs stakeholders in both the private and public markets to achieve access and contribute to improve business and get new opportunities.

The role reports to the Market Access Head and is based in Bogotá, Colombia.

**WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON**
- Responsible for understanding the needs of vaccine stakeholders in both the public and private sectors to guarantee an adjusted value proposition to achieve access.
- Carry out field mapping on vaccine needs for the public and private sectors.
- Develop and present access/value demonstration tools, ensuring projects are delivered on time in Vaccines.
- Support the development of access material and stakeholders communication plan for the private and public market of vaccines.
- Support pricing strategies to improve business profitability.
- Support the development of value proposition strategies that are aligned with Global Market Access Plans, International, Commercial and Global Market Access strategies.
- Train the team to implement new tools in the field.

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR**

**Experience & Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in a related area (such us Medicine, life sciences or administrative sciences).
- Preferred minimum of 5 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical market in a similar role.
- Experience and deep understanding working with vaccines.
- English intermediate - advanced level.

**Competences & Skills**:

- Ability to understand pharmacoeconomic tools and materials.
- Development on innovative negotiation.
- Ability to manage multiple task projects simultaneously and develop communication and policy projects.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities including providing guidance to other employees.
- Build strong relationships working with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent downwards and upwards internal and external communication skills.

**PROPOSITO DEL ROL**

La posición de Pricing & Access Manager Vaccines** **es responsable de diseñar y desarrollar la propuesta de valor para las vacunas, entendiendo las diferentes necesidades de las partes interesadas tanto en el mercado privado como público para lograr el acceso y contribuir a mejorar el negocio y obtener nuevas oportunidades.

El rol reporta al Market Access Head y tiene su sede en Bogotá, Colombia.

**DESAFIOS EN LA POSICIÓN**
- Responsable de comprender las necesidades de las partes interesadas en las vacunas tanto en el sector público como en el privado para garantizar una propuesta de valor ajustada para lograr el acceso.
- Llevar a cabo un mapeo de campo sobre las necesidades de vacunas para los sectores público y privado.
- Desarrollar y presentar herramientas de demostración de acceso / valor, asegurando que los proyectos se entreguen a tiempo.
- Apoyar el desarrollo de material de acceso y plan de comunicación de las partes interesadas para el mercado privado y público de vacunas.
- Apoyar las estrategias de precios para mejorar la rentabilidad del negocio.
- Apoyar el desarrollo de estrategias de propuesta de valor que estén alineadas con los Planes Globales de Acceso a Mercados.
- Capacitar al equipo para implementar nuevas herramientas en campo.

**A QUIEN BUSCAMOS**

**Experiência y educación**:

- Título en áreas relacionadas a la posición (como Medicina, ciencias de la salud, o carreras administrativas).
- Preferiblemente mínimo de 5 años de experiência profesional en el mercado farmacéutico en un rol similar.
- Experiência y profundo conocimiento del trabajo con vacunas.
- Inglés nível intermedio - avanzado.
