**What You'll Bring**:

- Forecasting and budgeting for the 8+ Business Units for various expense categories (Equipment & Software, External Labor, Training and Subscriptions).
- Provide Global Views into our OEM spend management.
- Monthly accruals, variances, and expected.
- Liaison to Finance and Accounting from the BU.
- Providing BU’s support in various aspects as needed (monthly meeting).
- Tracking and reporting of monthly Spend, by OEM, by area.
- Creating various financial executive Dashboards to provide insights on spend, rates, budget and forecasting trajectory, including utilization data.
- Creating financial analysis for contract renewals.
- Create new insights and reports to help BU’s make data driven business decision.
- Working on automating current processes wherever possible.
- Ensuring all spend is tracked in various trackers and reported on.

**Impact You'll Make**:
To be successful in the role, looking for individuals with the following qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, preferred.
- 5+ years of work experience in IT Financial.
- Strong Project management, Communication, Presentation and Verbal skills.
- Ability to work independently and with team.
- Strong leader, with ability to lead projects to completion working with various cross-functional teams.
- Process oriented.
- Detailed focused as well as understanding the overall objective and impact.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel required *Experience with Financial Systems (i.e. PeopleSoft, OneStream) and preferred experience with Tableau or Power BI.
- Understanding of HW/SW Maintenance/Licenses and appropriate accounting of the costs on the financials.
