The **B2C Ecommerce Manager **oversees the Digital Commerce Strategy for Haleon´s current clients, building and further developing long lasting client relationships, integrating digital commerce thoroughly within the brand, media & commercial strategies, and driving the business-to-consumer ecommerce channel to achieve the ambitious targets in top
- and bottom-line growth for the company brands and categories.

Furthermore, this role is responsible of leading a high-performance team to achieve the Digital Commerce growth objectives and drive innovation through breakthrough ideas that will make Haleon brands stand out in a digital world while optimizing digital campaigns to further accelerate conversion. Main clients: Farmatodo, Rappi, MeLi, La Rebaja, Olimpica, etc.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop & execute the Digital Commerce strategy in current e-commerce clients (e-groceries, e-pharmacies, pure-players & marketplaces) for Haleon´s top brands, considering market trends, competitive landscape and consumer insights.
- Drive customer
- specific e-commerce initiatives and opportunities that translate into online market share growth and top brand presence, maximizing conversion across the funnels.
- Build long-term relationships with digital commerce partners and their stakeholders, fostering the creation of JBPs that further drive our objectives.
- Manage cross functional teams bringing together internal stakeholders, agency partners and clients to collaborate on Digital commerce objectives, promoting cohesion and efficiency across the area.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and gaps, generate sales growth and maximize conversion.
- Continuously optimize for campaign objectives and performance metrics, aimed at converting sales and maximizing the ROAS- Manage & keep track of the Digital Commerce A&P budget.
- Find innovative ways of leveraging existing digital capabilities to create genuinely differentiated campaigns that inspire customers and consumers to choose Haleon. And where existing capabilities fall short, create new ways to drive our agenda for driving online sales in a digital world.
- Collaborate internally & promote a digital first mindset within key areas of our organization (shopper, commercial, brand, regulatory, media, etc..), building relevant plans and ideas that shape our comms with online shoppers while staying true to the brand strategy.

- 5 years of experience in a ecommerce Start Up, or/and FMCG company).
- Demonstrable track record of delivering growth & success in e-Commerce clients & platforms.
- Strong commercial/negotiation acumen & project management skills. Fluency in
& Spanish (written and spoken).
- Located in Bogota.
