**Funciones del cargo**:
Garantizar la gestión del equipo de Recursos Humanos, guiándolos y liderándolos para asegurar que las estrategias se implementen de la manera más efectiva y eficiente posible en la tienda de Medellín. Facilitar un entorno de trabajo donde la cultura y los valores IKEA sean una realidad viva.
**Funciones**:
- Potenciar en el equipo de P&C las capacidades de liderazgo en relación con las necesidades comerciales.
- Ser un buen ejemplo de liderazgo de IKEA, expresando sus valores dentro y fuera de la empresa y promover la cultura IKEA junto a los demás líderes.
- Responsable de la implementación del plan de relaciones con los colaboradores, gestionar eficazmente todas las interacciones locales con los colaboradores, garantizar que todas las áreas de la organización trabajen con los principios de relaciones laborales y respeten las políticas, procedimientos y leyes locales.
- Responsable de la unión del equipo de managers de la tienda.
- Dirigir y trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los colaboradores de IKEA para fortalecer y contribuir a una marca fuerte y relevante.
- Liderar, desarrollar equipos y líderes competentes y de alto desempeño para apoyar a la estrategia del negocio.
- Responsable de la contratación, desarrollo, gestión del desempeño, retención y planes de sucesión para compañeros de trabajo directamente en su equipo.

Inglés avanzado
Experiência en manejo de equipos

Experiência en planeación de proyectos e implementación de los mismos
