- **Position Overview**:_

We are seeking a skilled Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to join our team. As an RPA Developer, you will be responsible for creating and deploying automation bots that streamline our processes and enhance efficiency. Your expertise in building bots that extract and process structured data from documents, developing bots that consume APIs, and your proficiency with Power Automate will be crucial in achieving our automation goals.
- **Duties and Responsibilities**:_
- Design, develop and maintain automation solutions on the UI Path platform.
- Mentoring junior Technology Engineers.
- Translate business and user needs into requirements and solutions and documents using diagrams.
- Ability to perform testing and troubleshooting for complex projects and situations.
- Application of systems thinking and design to innovate.
- Identifying process improvement opportunities.
- Maintaining knowledge of relevant technologies, industry trends, developments, and best practices.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as RPA, Software Development, or Computer Science, or equivalent certifications.
- Experience in UI Path RPA development, including the successful creation and deployment of automation bots, some of which were at the enterprise level.
- Strong proficiency in building bots that extract and process structured data from documents.
- Demonstrated experience in developing bots that interact with APIs for data integration.
- UI Path certification(s) are preferred and will be considered a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
