**Objective of this role**
The Sales Director is responsible for the commercial strategy and the day-to-day leadership of the SoftwareONE - Intergrupo Account Managers team within Colombia. This position reports to the Country Leader and is responsible for driving sales of a broad range of services and products that SoftwareONE - Intergrupo represent. Key qualities required for this role include a proven record of accomplishment of successful sales or sales management of high performing sales teams, outstanding communication skills and the ability to work in a complex team environment. You will grow SoftwareONE’s business across the country by exercising strong sales and leadership skills and by leveraging all available resources necessary to be successful.
**In general the role will**
- Ensuring subscription renewals done prior to expiry date and are renewed at the right level, include the right options and are based on needs.
- Manage directly our national Sales team.
- Work with but does not directly manage other internal resources necessary to facilitate the sales cycle.
- Assess the market; develop, drive and maintain a sales business plan for success; deliver revenue targets; and provide accurate, weekly forecasts to management.
- Hire, manage and retain talents within the area.
- Proactively communicate strategy, value proposition and competitive positioning to customers, partners, prospects, media, and analysts.
- Demonstrate solution-selling approach.
- Perform sales forecasting, account planning and other related sales administrative tasks needed to grow the business profitability.
- Work with VARassist partners to maximize indirect revenue
What we need to see from you:

**Your Experience**
- Experience leading a field sales organization with a high focus on the IT and IT services market in Colombia
- Experience selling managed services, advisory services to a client base, and creating net new CDG
- Demonstrate strong technical knowledge that enables you to understand end-user computing or workplace technologies.
- Understanding of sales and delivery of managed services + EUC (End using computing) / Cloud (net new and wallet increase)
- Approach to manage business impact (EBITDA) and work effectively with services.
- High sense of entrepreneurship, coaching, adaptability to change, dynamism
- High focus and people orientation, motivate, develop and build relationships with their work teams.
**Your Knowledge**
- Master’s qualification, further IT/sales trainings
- Demonstrate strong technical knowledge that enables you to understand end-user computing or workplace technologies.
- Understanding of sales and delivery of managed services + EUC (End using computing) / Cloud (net new and wallet increase)
