**Location**:Barranquilla, Colombia (On site)

**Role Purpose**:
Support the company's Technology infrastructure and promote Technology Solutions that help generate value and transform the organization according to business requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and maintain the company's infrastructure and machines.
- Respond in a timely manner to problems and service requests.
- Provide technical support throughout the company (hardware and software) In charge of the IT department.
- Set up accounts for new users.
- Maintain the integrity, availability and confidentiality of company information and ensure systems security.
- Escalate or escalate trouble tickets that cannot be resolved.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the installed infrastructure.
- Assist in compliance with company standards.
- Manage warranties with manufacturers and/or service providers.
- Document changes made to the company's infrastructure.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Professional Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Networking or equivalent.
- Proven experience in enterprise technical support, IT Support or as a Technical Engineer of at least 3 years.
- Experience in handling Windows Servers/Clients Operating Systems, Active Directory (User Management / GPOs), WSUS, Antivirus.
- Intermediate knowledge in Networking: Switching, Routing, and Firewalls basics.
- Basic experience in Linux servers and services.
- Skills: Communication, problem solving, punctuality, responsibility, adaptability, teamwork and collaboration.
- Plus: CCNA (or similar), MSCA (or similar), Virtualization with VMware or similar, experience with PCI/DSS or similar and security frameworks.
- High level of English is a must: 80% (written and verbal).

- Cisco Firewall, Switches & Routers
- AWS, Google Cloud Services, Azure
- Windows Server, Linux
- Atlassian Suite: JIRA, Confluence
- Plus: CCNA (or similar), MCSA (or similar), Virtualization with Vmware or similar, experience with PCI/DSS or similar and security frameworks.
- High level of English is a must: 80% (written and verbal).
