**The objective of this job.**
- Close YouTube monetization and Content ID deals for music labels and content creators and ensure the growth of these channels.
- Oversee video distribution services growth and implement audience development best practices, including understanding customer aims and how they are best met.
- Examining YouTube analytics regularly, spotting insights.
- Keep Bquate’s CMSs in impeccable standing.
- Obtain and maintain the YouTube Pillar Dashboard in Tier A.

**Profile**

The YouTube & Video Distribution Associate role is responsible for the day-to-day operation, short
- to mid-term strategy for Bquate’s video distribution and YouTube channels, and YouTube channel search, close, planning, and optimization based on insights and measurement analytics. This role will also emphasize the preparation and interpretation of reports.

The YouTube & Video Distribution Associate sells new and existing company video distribution services to potential clients and closes contracts. It will also support clients’ requests and concerns related to the area.

**Profile Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree, with a preference for the following fields of study: Marketing, Advertising, Data Science, & Economics
- YouTube Certified, with a deep and current knowledge of the YouTube platform (music, entertainment, and publishing CMS).
- Have over three years of experience in YouTube, including Content ID management.
- Experience in customer support.

**Languages**:

- Spanish: Advanced or proficient
- English knowledge: Advanced, or proficient

**Duties and Responsibilities.**
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of YouTube channels and all the platforms that bring video distribution services.
- Handling of YouTube MCN linking and unlinking requests.
- Following up on all the service requests from potential BQ Pro clients.
- Requesting and monitoring Official Artist Channel status upgrades.
- Be the point of contact for technical video distribution issues.
- Channel optimization, working with analytics to develop and optimize titles, tags, descriptions, cards, playlists, thumbnails, and other content/features across the channels.
- Look for new channels, analyze their monetization potential, and invite them to join Bquate CMS.
- Feed the database by updating the linked and unlinked channels monthly.
- Follow up on YouTube team certifications, product activations, and any new categories to keep the YouTube pillars in good standing.
- Analyze the asset/channel performance, looking for the variables that impacted the revenue, and explain them in the monthly KPIs meeting.
- Suggest and implement strategic improvements, plans, and actions that constantly grow the category and the area.
- Focus on all the activities that have, as a result, a revenue increase.
- Proactively detect potential problems or changes in the area that could affect the business results and propose solutions.
- Establish the KPIs to measure the area’s performance and work for constant improvement.
- Obtain the certifications, accreditations, or courses the company requires for optimal job performance. Ensure that your own and your team's certifications in your field remain current.

- Knowledge of best practices for YouTube channel management and growth.

- Strong emphasis on organization and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to new software and changes in the existing platforms.
- Intermediate to advanced spreadsheet skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated with a great attitude.
- Effective problem-solving and analysis skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Time-management.
- Improve satisfaction with clients’ inquiries and timely responses.
- Proficient in creating reports based on available data.
- Actively participate in YouTube remote events.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $1,600,000 - $1,700,000 per month
