**About the position**

The Thumbnail Designer is a master of clickbait, specializing in YouTube titles and thumbnails. They understand what it takes to drive incredible CTR and they are never satisfied with the average, constantly seeking to improve quality and reach.

Will be responsible for the ideation and execution of S-Tier thumbnails and titles, and should have a deep understanding of the YouTube landscape, what’s trending, and what makes people click on a video.

**What You’ll Do**

We are looking for a BEAST when it comes to thumbnails and video packaging who can ensure extremely high CTR on all of our videos. You will be responsible for:

- Presenting concepts for highly engaging thumbnails on a weekly basis
- Designing eye catching, clickable thumbnails based on approved concept & creative
- Develop engaging and interesting titles to compliment the thumbnails you put forward
- Pitch at least (3) thumbnail variations options per thumbnail
- Work in an unsupervised, remote setting ensuring you stay on task, hit deadlines, and always deliver thumbnails that meet company standards.
- Collaborate with team leads & other creatives to address and execute creative notes through each version of the design process
- Collaborate with various teams, helping bring each of their creative visions to life, sometimes switching between visual styles
- All other design related tasks as assigned

**Required Skills**:

- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- Google Suite
- Advanced English Level is required
- Deep understanding of YouTube analytics
- Should be able to run competitor analysis
