**Remote Recruiting Rockstar (100% Work From Home)**
**Location**: Remote from Latin America
**Position Type**: Full-time
**Salary**:$1200 USD per month + commissions per placement**
**Schedule**:Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm CST

**Responsibilities**
- Evaluate and screen applicants based on the position requirements and schedule video interviews
- Develop and conduct assessments ranging from mock calls to case study evaluations and personality tests
- Coordinate with Sales to schedule placement interviews with customers
- Coming up with innovative ideas to continue growing our brand
- Expected to handle at least 5 different jobs at a given time

**Requirements**:
- Have a reliable internet connection for you to work
- Excellent English, both written and spoken.
- Self-motivated, energetic individual with a natural ability to empathize
- Insanely organized. You love keeping things clean and organized.
- 2+ years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience with US-based businesses from previous recruiter roles
- Reliable and punctual
- Must be located in Latin America
- Experience working in a recruiting agency preferred

**Payment**:
- Base Monthly Salary of $1,200 USD
- Bonus Sales Commission of $50 per successful placement
- Payments are processed on a bi-monthly basis (1st and 15th of the month)
**Schedule**:
- 8:00 am to 4:30 pm CST (Monday through Friday)
