**About the role**:
This is a full-time or part-time position with room to grow.

We are looking for someone who can work within the US time zone (EST) or have overlapping hours.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organize and tag client assets in our digital repository (Air).
- Efficiently organize and rename assets to facilitate the work of our media buyers.
- Prepare assets for client approval, ensuring clarity and understanding of project objectives.
- Manage tasks in ClickUp, ensuring they are properly categorized and that all necessary parties are tagged. Ensure the final Air folder link is included in the task, along with relevant Figma links and design files.

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated experience in asset management and organization.
- Proficiency in using tools like ClickUp and other task management platforms.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Strong communication skills to ensure effective task management.
- Ability to perform QA on creative projects.
- Previous experience in similar roles is a plus.
