**Summary**:
Saving and sustaining lives by ensuring stability of our Global Supply Chain planning system to ensure on time product availability to satisfy demand from our customers.

**Main Responsibilities**:
1.Support planners for E2E planning activities (planning of demand, distribution, production, inventory, capacity & material).

2. Coordinate and resolve issues with RapidResponse (data, defects, lack of training ).

3. Maintain the Rapid Response planning system (parameters, calendars, system upgrades ).

4. Monitor system (daily data refresh automations, system performance, parameters ).

5. Liaise with other teams to resolve issues (IT, developers, process leaders ). 6. Support development, testing and deployment of new functionalities and processes.

7. Drive adoption and effective utilization of SC systems by coaching and supporting the user community.

8. Run planning activities as a central team (shadow planning for validation, improving user adherence, back-up during employee leave ).

9. Support projects focused on the global transformation of the supply chain of Baxter from a systems and processes point of view.

10. Comply with current regulations regarding health, environment and safety issues defined in CO6001A, regulations and applicable standards in terms of Quality (GMP, quality manuals and procedures), Security in the Supply Chain, comprehensive management system of energy and corporate policies related to their charge.

**Requirements**:

- Professional degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management similar careers.
- Fluent English: writing, reading and speaking.
- Experience in RapidResponse or similar ERP systems
- Minimum (2) years of experiences in planning
