**Resumen del trabajo**:
Cada día, cientos de millones de personas dependen de la industria alimentaria. Por lo tanto, para nosotros, la manera en que automatizamos el procesamiento y envasado de alimentos debe ser de clase mundial. Aquí es donde entran en juego nuestros ingenieros de automatización.

Ya sea que estén trabajando con equipos de proyecto, identificando mejoras o utilizando su dominio del lenguaje PLC para transformar los resultados de producción para los clientes, tu experiência e innovación serán fundamentales para automatizar soluciones que mejoren la calidad y seguridad de los alimentos para las personas en todas partes.

Estamos buscando un experto que aporte experiência en herramientas de automatización. Esta es una oportunidad para interactuar con nuestra amplia base de clientes y proporcionar soluciones de procesamiento de alimentos líderes en la industria que requieran habilidades de solución de problemas en el campo. En este rol serás un colaborador individual, reportando a un líder de proyecto de ingeniería de procesos. Trabajarás junto a muchos stakeholders importantes, por lo que necesitarás poseer un alto nível de colaboración, participación y habilidades de liderazgo con un enfoque lógico y metódico en tu compromiso con la resolución de problemas.
Esta posición está ubicada en Bogotá, Colombia.
Deberás viajar hasta un 50% de tu tiempo a los sitios de nuestros clientes para la puesta en marcha y comisionamientode los proyectos.
Tetra Pak no da soporte para visas de trabajo ni reubicación para esta posición.

**Qué harás**:
Como Automation Engineer tú harás:

- Liderar fase de automation en proyectos de mediana y gran escala, coordinando equipos de comisionsmiento, contratistas de instalación eléctrica.
- Garantizar el correcto delivery final de la implmentación de soluciones de automation en instalacion, puesta e marcha de proyectos de soluciones de procesos en clientes.
- Desarrollar soluciones técnicas de automatización de plantas (hardware y software).
- Puesta en marcha, incluyendo descripciones técnicas para cotizaciones.
- Participar en reuniones con clientes, presentaciones y negociaciones.
- Participar en la comprensión del software de automatización.
- Generar descripciones de funciones y gráficos de bloques funcionales para revisión interna.
- Desarrollar software de automatización, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Sites Acceptance Tests (SAT) y entrega.
- Mantener documentación según la política de documentación de Tetra Pak.
- Impartir capacitación al cliente para sistemas de automatización, si es posible.
- Ser responsable de la funcionalidad de la aplicación, funcionalidad del sistema, etc.
- Contribuir al desarrollo y mantenimiento de procedimientos de trabajo relevantes, plantillas, estándares, etc.

**Creemos que tienes**:

- Licenciatura o título técnico en Ingeniería de instrumentación, electrónica, eléctrica, automatización.
- Mínimo de 03 años de experiência práctica trabajando como ingeniero de proyectos de automatización en o relacionado con las industrias procesadoras.
- Experiência previa en industrias farmacéuticas, alimentarias o lácteas sería un plus.
- Conocimientos de programación PLC en sistemas Rockwell y Siemens también serían una ventaja.
- Conocimientos de programación SCADA en sistemas Wonderware Intouch, System Platform, Rockwell, Siemens Scada.
- Familiarizado con Siemens Step7, Siemens TIA Portal, Siemens WINCC o Rockwell Studio5000, Factory Talk.
- Conocimientos de ISA-588 y S95.
- Experiência en redes Ethernet y sistemas de field bus como Profibus, Asi, Control-Net, Device-Net, etc.
- Conocimiento de automatización de la industria de procesamiento, incluyendo experiência en desarrollo de software y puesta en marcha con procesamiento continuo y por lotes.
- Conocimiento en seguridad funcional, seguridad de máquinas y compatibilidad electromagnética (EMC) es un plus.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo e independientemente, ser auto motivado y jugador de equipo.
- Buenas habilidades en inglés para escribir, leer, escuchar y hablar.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita tanto internamente como con los clientes son necesarias.
- Buen nível de habilidad de diseño y capacidad de resolución de problemas.
- Amplia conciencia comercial.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo plazos y situaciones exigentes.
