- ¿Eres un apasionado del marketing digital y te encanta automatizar experiências que fidelicen a los clientes? En **BlackSip**, estamos en búsqueda de un **Marketing Automation Specialist** que nos ayude a transformar la relación de nuestros clientes con sus usuarios a través de estrategias de comunicación innovadoras y personalizadas.

**¿Cuáles serán algunos de tus desafíos**?**:
**Estrategia y análisis**: Identificarás momentos clave en el customer journey del e-Commerce de nuestros clientes y propondrás tácticas para maximizar su impacto. Diseñando también estrategias orientadas a ventas y definirás los KPI’s para medir su éxito.

**Segmentación avanzada**: Trabajarás con bases de datos complejas, segmentando según características demográficas, comportamentales y transaccionales para optimizar el rendimiento de las campañas y asi obtener un mejor performance.

**Implementación y optimización**: Implementarás campañas en herramientas de Marketing Automation, asegurando que cada mensaje y pieza enviada sea relevante y de alta calidad.

**¿Qué necesitas para ser un Rockstar en esta posición?**
- Profesional en carreras afines a mercadeo y publicidad, administración de empresas, comunicación social, o carreras relacionadas al entorno digital.
- Experiência de 3 años en adelante en la **planeación de envíos**, manejo de **bases de datos** y seguimiento de cronogramas. preferiblemente en empresas relacionadas con marketing digital, comercio electrónico y/o tecnología.
- Conocimientos sólidos en **GA4** y otras herramientas de análisis para obtener insights valiosos.
- **Buena ortografía** y capacidad para argumentar tus decisiones con claridad.
- Habilidades en **QA** y seguimiento detallado de todas las piezas enviadas.
- Conocimientos en **HTML** nível **básico/intermedio**.
- Experiência en el manejo de **Oracle Responsys.**
