As part of the Enterprise Compliance - Program Management Office, this Consultant position will support the strategic implementation of TransUnion’s Enterprise Issue Management Program. Under guidance of the Issue Management Program Manager, you will lead a variety of program elements that assist TransUnion with identifying, mitigating, and managing issues.

The Team’s Focus

As the Enterprise Compliance - Program Management Office, we are responsible for the creation, implementation and execution of global programs, policies and procedures that provide support to TransUnion’s compliance initiatives. Our team members maintain strong partnerships with TransUnion businesses to extend the reach and impact of our programs. **What You'll Bring**:
**What You’ll Do**

**Program Execution & Development**
- Support all aspects of the global issue management program, including implementation of processes, tools and systems to identify, assess, measure, manage, monitor and report issues.
- Champions the adoption of the Issue Management Program for their assigned region(s).
- Performs as Case Manager for assigned region(s) for the entire lifecycle of an Issue, from screening to closure.
- Conducts Root Cause Analysis investigation activities per program standards.
- Evaluates Issues for Extent of Condition per program standards.
- Interfaces with Compliance Advisory and Issue Owners to develop Corrective Action Plans that results in full remediation of the Issue, sustainable controls, and prevention of recurrence.
- Directly works with the business to encourage timely resolution of Issues.
- Work with employees at all levels across the company to support implementation of program activities, including providing informal training, as needed, to associates performing their assigned roles.
- Applies judgement in assisting the business in how to appropriately address an Issue.
- Support ad hoc projects with oversight from manager.
- Must balance growing workload, competing demands and demonstrate ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.

**Communication & Writing Skills**
- Support development and distribution of guidance to global partners related to:

- Performing root cause analysis
- Conducting issue investigations
- Documenting and communicating results, and
- Monitoring remediation and prevention efforts
- Participate in virtual and in-person meetings with employees at all levels across the company in both large and small group settings.
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Office suite or products effectively and efficiently, including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.

**Systems and Data**
- Learn the issue management system at a level to be able to assist others in the software (currently the Compliance 360 “C360” Incident Module).
- Utilize C360 for maintance of Issues, as requested.
- Utilize developed reporting to monitor and provide governance in assigned region(s) to assist Management with implementation of Corrective Actions and timely resolution of Issues.

**Teamwork**
- Must collaborate effectively on issues, program projects, system enhancements and other items with a variety of levels and business units within the TransUnion organization.
- Ensure that knowledge gained from efforts is documented, disseminated and understood.

**What You’ll Bring**
- This Consultant level position requires 8+ years of practical experience in general office support activities, customer service, business communications, and basic analytical tasks.
- Requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, risk management, information technology or a related field of study and we will consider 10+ years of experience in listed fields, in place of formal education.
- Experience with participating in a Closed Loop Corrective Action system, including Root Cause Analysis investigations.
- Must be detail and deadline oriented; attention to detail, conscientiousness and accuracy are necessary for success in this role and program.
- Demonstrated ability to execute routine work independently and to provide quality deliverables on deadline.
- Demonstrated facilitation skills in both large and small group settings, as well as strong relationship management skills.
- Commitment to personal development, including an ability to learn quickly and adapt to business needs/priorities as needed.
- Must be able to independently perform program’s operational tasks and demonstrate judgement around when to escalate issues.
