- Part-time/Non-Exempt**PRIMARY PURPOSE**:
Responsible for providing a wide scope of administrative support to the Talent Management team, assisting in the day to day hiring process. This position will be overseen by the Talent Management Director.

**Essential Duties/Functions**:

- Answer calls in a friendly and professional manner, gathering and providing information, transferring calls, and taking messages as necessary
- Input new hire information, send digital new hire paperwork, complete I-9 verification, and finish paperwork process to push new hire through to next steps
- Upload hiring documents daily into online system personnel files
- Track applicant referrals and submit data to payroll for monthly reports
- Communicates effectively with all departments, staff, and members
- Ability to travel island wide for various events or assignments as needed
- Attends meetings and/or trainings as assigned
- Attends YMCA functions including association events such as Healthy Kids Day, Camp Community Day, Annual Campaign Kick-offs, and other similar functions as assigned
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor

**QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS**:
**Skills/Knowledge**:

- Computer literate, proficient in Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook, and G-Suite programs
- Strong interpersonal skills, well organized, and multi-tasked oriented
- Able to work with others to achieve desired results
- Must be able to respond to emergency situations
- Reliable transportation (occasional need to commute to other branches)

**Education/Training**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- College level degree preferred
- Valid driver’s license, clean traffic abstract, car insurance and use of personal vehicle
- TB test required
- Willing and able to be CPR/First aid trained
