- Data Scientist
- Propósito del puesto: Nuestra misión es proporcionar datos para impulsar todas las iniciativas de análisis. Estamos creando equipos ágiles de ingenieros de datos, arquitectos, analistas y expertos en scrum para cumplir con nuestra misión. Como científico de datos, será responsable de crear modelos de aprendizaje automático en todas las fases de desarrollo, desde el diseño hasta la capacitación, evaluación, validación e implementación en producción. Será un apasionado de los grandes datos, trabajando diariamente en la extracción, carga y transformación de datos en entornos de grandes datos para garantizar la entrega exitosa y puntual de datos de alta calidad.
- Descripción del rol:
- Cree modelos de aprendizaje automático en todas las fases de desarrollo, desde el diseño hasta la capacitación, evaluación, validación e implementación en producción
- Liderar y asociarse con otros científicos de datos e ingenieros de datos para ayudar a informar, construir y probar modelos
- Aplique la comprensión de las prácticas avanzadas de aprendizaje automático para mejorar el rendimiento del producto.
- Asóciese con un equipo multifuncional de científicos de datos, ingenieros de software y gerentes de productos para entregar productos
- Facilitar la toma de decisiones y la priorización basadas en datos e informadas
- Requisitos:
Codificación competente en Python y/o R (al menos 1,5 años de programación profesional)
- Competente en consultas SQL
- Fuerte comprensión y experiência laboral en técnicas de modelado de datos y aprendizaje automático (p. ej., regresión, clasificación, pronóstico, técnicas de atribución).
- Conceptos básicos de diseño de software (mejores prácticas de desarrollo)
- Experiência en Macroeconometría
- Frameworks o bibliotecas de aprendizaje automático y estadísticas (PyTorch, Sklearn, Tidymodels, Caret, etc.) Deseable
- Experiência con bibliotecas de gestión de datos (Pandas, Dplyr, Tidyverse) Deseable
- Experiência en el uso de marcos o bibliotecas para exponer modelos (Flask, Dash, Shiny) Deseable
- Inglés: Intermedio - avanzado (B2)
