DATA SCIENTIST
**Responsabilidades**:
Se requiere profesional en Estadística, actuaría, ingeniería, economía o carreras afines, con experiência de mínimo tres años en programación en Python y/o R para análisis de datos, con conocimiento en generación de modelos predictivos y descriptivos, con buen manejo de SQL y técnicas de visualización de datos. Persona propositiva y con capacitad analítica capaz de generar insights de valor al negocio. Se encargará de diseñar, desarrollar e implementar proyectos de advanced analytics para el área de logística, identificando oportunidades y desarrollando modelos de machine learning que serán integrados a herramientas de ruteo para poder generar mejores resultados en los procesos de distribución.
**Requisitos**:
- Buena capacidad de comunicación para presentación de resultados.- Mínimo 3 años de experiência en puestos similares- Programación en Python y/o R.- Programación en SQL.- Manejo de herramientas de visualización (ejemplo Tableau, Power BI o alguna similar)- Manejo de Excel.- Conocimiento en estadística.- Conocimiento de metodologías agiles (SCRUM).- Preferiblemente inglés fluido, pero un nível medio es aceptado.- Posgrado en áreas relacionadas a Analytics (no requerido, pero es un punto diferenciador)- Capacidad de traducir necesidades del cliente en productos analíticos.
