**Sales Executive Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow existing accounts whilst generating new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to their business challenges.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with prospects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
- Attend industry events and tradeshows to generate leads and build networks.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to understand complex business challenges and provide solutions.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Experience in software or technology sales is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Pay: From $1,350,000 per month
