Purpose:
This role sits within the RGM structure that is accountable for achieving company growth targets both in sales and margins. One of the key levers to achieve this is the promotional strategy, management, and delivery. This role partners with commercial, marketing and finance to design the best cost-effective plan to win in market having in mind consumers / shoppers in the center of decision-making process.

This role will also be accountable for achieving behavior change and upskilling our sales, marketing and finance teams through the development and deployment of learning solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

- Key Functional Responsibilities_
- Establish appropriate routines with peers to develop and deliver against the Promotional efficiency & Trade Terms agenda. Plan and deliver budgets while measuring and evaluating elasticities.
- Understand and enable market decisions based on trade-offs between market share, volume, sales, price, mix and profit.
- Foster the RGM transformation (RGM X & Commercial Transformation), embedding the Growth Framework across all categories and channels.
- Key Leadership Responsibilities_
- Handle high level of complexity and the ability to work across several functions to influence, gain perspective and align a plan.
- Engage and influence senior internal/external key partners to ensure complete delivery of the RGM agenda.

Key relationships for role performance:

- _ Teamworks: Diageo_ and Distributor’s planning and execution team. External consultants, consumer and shopper teams._
- _ Interdependencies: Marketing, commercial finance and financial planning and analysis._

Required proficiencies and experience:

- Profile_
- Studies in Business, Economics or Engineering.
- Experience in Business Intelligence, Revenue or Commercial Strategy roles (required). At least 3 years of proven experience in any of the mentioned roles.
- Functional Skills_
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, advanced English (90%), Microsoft Office and Power BI.
- P&L and broader financial understanding.
- Confirmed strategic, planning, analytical and negotiation skills.
- Business economics and analytics knowledge.
- Power Skills_
- Able to influence the business around a clear goal and engage key partners at all levels.
- A driven self-starter, passionate about winning and performing thoughtfully.
- Ability to prioritize and work with challenging teams and sense of urgency.
