Actualmente tenemos una oportunidad para un Supervisor Senior del área de operaciones ubicado en Bogotá, Colombia. Será el encargado de gestionar en conjunto con otro supervisor el equipo de operaciones de aproximadamente 20 personas, validará que los procesos operativos se ejecuten de manera adecuada y será el encargado de liderar procesos de mejora continua, adicionalmente tendrá un enfoque en entrenamientos operativos para personal interno y externo de DHL.
**Principales Responsabilidades**:
- Programar, coordinar y apoyar las sesiones de entrenamiento específicos requeridos por los operadores (aerolíneas) de la estación.
- Diseñar y presentar los planes estratégicos de crecimientos y desarrollo del departamento a través de oportunidades de mejora mediante el uso y desarrollo de herramientas lean.
- Diseñar, presentar y ejecutar proyectos de expansión para la estación.
- Liderar reuniones de desempeño y planes de seguimiento con los proveedores de servicio.
- Planificar, organizar y ejecutar la logística de los recursos (humanos, equipos y suministros) necesarios para llevar a cabo cada operación.
- Supervisar los procesos operativos para la recepción, manipulación y almacenamiento de carga
- Participar activamente en el desarrollo y actualización de los manuales y procedimientos del área.
- Preparar planes de contingencia para las operaciones cuando se requiera.
- Seguir y atender los sistemas de gestión y políticas de la compañía.
- Proveer retroalimentación de cualquier irregularidad observada durante las operaciones.
- Promover y apoyar el uso de herramientas para el desarrollo del talento humano.
**Conocimientos, Habilidades y Experiência**
- Estudios: Ingeniera Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Administración de aerolíneas o Logística y/o carreras a fin, preferiblemente con conocimientos en procesos de gestión de calidad.
- Habilidades y manejo de herramientas Lean y administración del cambio
- Ingles oral y escrito Intermedio - Avanzado (B1/B2)
- Habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita dirigidas a los procesos de instrucción
- mínimo 3 años de experiência en puestos de supervisión y/o en el desarrollo de procesos operativos, preferiblemente en operaciones de líneas aéreas.
- Experiência liderando equipos con labores de manejo de Carga Aérea y Operaciones de Rampa.
- Disponibilidad para laborar en horarios nocturnos y rotativos
- Disponibilidad para viajar, visa americana (vigente preferiblemente)
